Biographical note: Legislator; born in New York in 1839, Alonzo Davis came to Fort Mohave as part of the California Column in 1863. He became a lawyer and was elected to the Territorial Legislature in 1866, and in 1874. He died in 1915 in California. From the description of Alonzo Davis reminiscences, ca. 1916-1916.
